Powerful and quiet static eliminator rapidly dissipates static charge and removes dust with Air Knife X-Stream
Product Overview
Air Knife X-Stream uses a small amount of compressed air for a powerful, and adjustable force with “laminar” flow to eliminate charges in applications where static bars cannot reach or where high speeds are a factor, and to clean the surface.
Air Knife X-Stream Ionizer HOW IT WORKS
Compressed air flows through an inlet (A) into the plenum chamber of the Air Knife
X-Stream Ionizer.
The flow is directed to a precise, slotted orifice. As the primary airflow exits,
it creates a uniform sheet of air across the entire length that immediately pulls in
surrounding room air (B). An electrically powered ionizing bar (C) fills the curtain of air
with positive and negative charges. The airstream delivers these static eliminating ions
to the product surface (D) where it is instantly neutralized and cleaned of dust and other
particulates.
